Regular litter picks are organised by our many groups around the city.

We update this page monthly so please watch this space!

Saturday 1st November from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon. The Welcome In Community Centre & Café, 55 Bedford Drive, Leeds LS16 6DJ are holding a gardening and litter picking event.

Saturday 1st November from 10.30 am until 11.30 am. Morley Community Clean Upwill be holding an event meeting at Scatcherd Park (the Skate Park), Queensway, Morley, Leeds LS27 9LG. (First Saturday each month).

Sunday 2nd November from 2.00 pm until 4.00 pm.  Litter Free Gipton and Harehills are meeting on Strathmore Drive (the Foundry Drive end), Harehills, Leeds LS9 6AB. (First Sunday each month).

Monday 3rd November from 10.00 am until 11.30 am. The Friends of Roundhay Park are meeting in the Carriage House car park behind The Roundhay Fox, Princes Avenue, Leeds LS8 2EP.  (First Monday each month).

Wednesday 5th November from 11.00 am until 1.00 pm. The Wednesday Gangwill be litter picking around the Lovell Park area. Look out for the meeting point on our Facebook page and website.

Sunday 9th November from 10.00 am. Litter Free Pudsey are meeting at Premier Store, 29 Owlcotes Road, Pudsey, LS28 7PD to litter pick around the Waterloo Estate.

Sunday 9th November from 1.00 pm until 2.30 pm. ‘Better Beeston’will be out on Lady Pit Lane (at the paved junction with Stratford Street), Leeds LS11 6AJ. (Second Sunday each month).

Wednesday 12th November from 11.00 am until 1.00pm. The Wednesday Gangwill be meeting in the allotment car park opposite the Rollette Cafe, 440 Meanwood Road, Leeds LS7 2LP.

Saturday 15th November from 2.00 pm until 4.00 pm. Litter Free Gipton and Harehills are meeting at the Compton Centre, 322 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 7BG. (Third Saturday each month).

Sunday 16th November from 10.00 am. Litter Free Pudsey are meeting in the car park at Morrisons on Swinnow Road LS13 4DN to litter pick the slip road and up the road to Bramley Station and along the ring road to the flyover and back up the other slip road.

Sunday 16th November from 3.00 pmuntil 4.30 pm. ‘Better Beeston’ will be meeting on Maud Avenue, Leeds LS11 7DN. (Third Sunday each month). Please note the earlier start time of 3.00 pm.

Saturday, 22nd November from 10.00 am. The Friends of Adel Woods are meeting at the Slabbering Baby entrance to the woods on Buckstone Road, Alwoodley, Leeds LS17 5HT.

Saturday 29th November from 10.00 am until 12.00 noon. The Cross Green Crawlers are meeting outside St Hilda’s Church on Cross Green Lane, Leeds LS9 0DH. (Last Saturday each month).

Sunday 30th November from 10.00 am. Litter Free Pudsey are meeting in Wickes car park (Pudsey LS13 4HX) to litter pick the roundabout and slip road leading up to the ring road and bottom of Spring Valleys.

Sunday 30th November from 3.00 pm. The Hunslet Lake litter picking group will be meeting on Arthington Avenue, Leeds LS10 2LU. (Last Sunday each month). Please note the earlier start time.

Spare litter grabbers and bags for both adults and children will be available to borrow if you don’t have your own - if possible please inform the event organiser in advance to make sure they bring extra equipment along with them.

Please always remember to bring your own gloves and dress appropriately for the weather!
